This private tour allows you to experience two stunning environments in one day.
Start the day with a leisurely bike ride in Motueka Valley (beside Kahurangi National Park), before joining your luxury Abel Tasman Charters boat, to explore the stunning coastline of the Abel Tasman National Park.
Enjoy the leisurely bike ride in the Motueka Valley. Follow the majestic Motueka river and soak up the tranquility of the countryside. The route can be between 10- 30kms (tailored to your enjoyment) and there is time to stop off along the way to watch the flow of the river and listen to the abundant birdsong. This route uses part of The Great taste Trail, one of New Zealand's Great Rides. The bike section will finish with morning tea and refreshments, before being driven a short distance to where your private luxury charter boat awaits you.
Once onboard relax as your skipper guides you through the beautiful scenery of the iconic Abel Tasman National coastline - sharing the stories, ecology and wildlife of the Park on your journey.
Explore the Pitt headland track (3-4km)- our favorite piece of the Abel Tasman Great Walk or beachcomb along the half-moon Te Pukatea beach while a delicious lunch is prepared.
After lunch explore further with our complimentary kayaks if you wish. Experience the abundant wildlife around the islands or ask the skipper to share some of the many other highlights of this world-renowned National Park before the return cruise to your accommodation.
